GenKey Voice: How to Make Calls to External Numbers

GenKey Voice allows calls to external numbers. However, the number must be dialed with the country of origin prefix. When adding external numbers simply click plus, followed by the country of origin prefix, then proceed to dial the number.

It’s possible to make calls between 3 participants, with one external contact included. To do so, begin by starting a call. Once it begins, click the + button. Dial the number, or search your contacts.
