GenKey Voice: How to Install Mobyx


Mobyx is one of the three apps provided by GenKey Voice. The key difference between GenKey Voice and Mobyx is that Mobyx allows for external calls using a PSTN or public switched telephone network. Meanwhile, GenKey Voice only allows calls between registered GenKey Voice Users on a completely secure, encrypted connection
  1. Begin by downloading the Mobyx app from the app store.
  2. Once it’s downloaded, open the app.
  3. Pick the "Scan QR Code" option at the bottom of the screen.
  4. From here, open your GenKey user portal on another device.
  5. Navigate to home page. Here you will find the QR code necessary to log in.
  6. Scan the QR code from your GenkKey device.
