GenKey Voice: How to Install ESIM on Android


  1. Begin by navigating to settings.
  2. Tap NetWork and Internet.
  3. Tap the sims tab to add a network.
  4. From here, select "Download a Number" using esim.
  5. From the Download your SIM page, press next.
  6. After a brief load time, you will be asked to confirm your network. Select Use a different network.
  7. Scan your ESIM QR code provided by your administrator.
  8. After the loading screen, press download to download your ESIM.
  9. Once it’s finished, navigate to settings, then press use SIM. Click yes when asked for confirmation.
  10. You are now connected to your GenKey ESIM.
