GenKey Voice: App Installation


GenKey Voice is a highly secure Voice & Video App which allows calls only among restricted groups of users. This means it cannot be used to call external numbers on a PSTN or Public Switched Telephone Network. In other words, calls stay between you, and members of your team. It is a networking solution which routes all of your mobile data traffic into your own private gatway.

Before you install Genkey Voice on your mobile device, it is recommended that you have a device to be used exclusively for communication on GenKey Voice. This ensures complete privacy while using GenKey communication services.

  1. Begin by downloading the SoftPhone app.

  2. Once installed, tap the "Scan QR Code," option at the bottom of the Screen.
  3. Proceed to scan the qr code provided by your administrator.
  4. You are now signed in to genkey voice.
